Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. We also offer shipping to Africa, Asia and the Middle East with a longer delivery time.

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days during the regular season.

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    All orders tracked from the moment they leave are ahipped. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. 


Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Key’s Collection takes great pride in crafting each candle with care and attention to detail. Since our candles are handmade, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any orders. Please read the following information to ensure you understand our policy:



    1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders


    While we take great care in packaging our candles, sometimes damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit in these instances. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or error.



    2. Candle Safety


    For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been opened or used. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your candle before lighting it.



    3. Order Changes or Cancellations


    Because our candles are handmade, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. We are unable to accept cancellations or changes once the production process has started. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.



    4. Refund Exceptions


    In certain rare cases, we may consider a refund or partial refund if we have made an error on our end, such as sending an incorrect candle or failing to meet the specifications of your order. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • What is the Jar Recycle Policy ?

    Key's Collection is committed to sustainability and reducing waste. That's why we offer a recycling/return policy for our candle jars. Here's how it works:



    1. Return Your Used Candle Jars: Once you've finished burning your candle, you can return the empty jar to us. Simply ship the candle back, and receive a discount off your next purchase. 



    2. Receive a Discount: Return any candle jar and receive up to 20% off your next purchase. It’s our way of thanking you for helping us keep our planet green!



    3. Reuse and Recycle: Once we receive your jar, we'll either sanitize it for reuse in future candle production or recycle it responsibly. 



    4. Mailing Instructions: If you prefer to mail your jar back, please package it securely to avoid breakage. A shipping label will be emailed to you. 



    5. Processing Time: Please allow 10 days for us to process your return and issue your discount.
